“The country is suffering from mass unemployment”estimates Catherine Vautrin, Minister of Labor, Health and Solidarity, on franceinfo, Thursday March 28, while the Prime Minister announced Wednesday evening a new reform of unemployment insurance, unleashing numerous criticisms.

She denies wanting “make a diver out of a frame”. “That’s not the point,” explains the minister who speaks of“social investment”.
