This is a new twist in the implementation of the technical control of two-wheelers. The Council of State repudiated the government which had suspended the measure for non-compliance with European Union law.
The soap opera of the two-wheeler technical control resumes. Control centers will not be ready. We will closely monitor the implementation of this technical control“, denounces Franck-Olivier Torro, spokesperson for Ras Le Scoot.
