is no longer on the airwavesNRJ. Indeed, the radio decided to dismiss its emblematic host after the five complaints of accusations of rape and sexual assault against him. The main person concerned firmly denies the facts and even filed a complaint for “attempted extortion by an organized gang, slanderous denunciation, forgery and uses against unnamed persons”.
This Monday, March 18, 2024, it is not in front of the plaintiffs but in front of NRJ that Cauet faces the courts as revealed by our colleagues from Parisian. The companion of Nathalie Dartois took the radio to court on January 16 to request her return to the air. A return that he still demands today, but not only that.

Cauet in court to seek compensation from NRJ
Indeed, the emblematic host also demands compensation after his forced withdrawal. Because since his first request, he has had to part ways with almost all of the staff of his production company. In fact, he is now demanding compensation for these losses. He also criticizes the radio for not having supported him when he was in turmoil.
At the time, NRJ clarified that this “temporary decision” removal of the antenna had been “taken by mutual agreement”. This allows “guarantee serenity” of the legal procedure. But still not being back on the air at the beginning of 2024, Cauet made the decision to take the radio station to court.
As a reminder, five women filed a complaint against Cauet since November 2023, including a last complaint filed last February for a rape which allegedly took place in the 1990s. At present, the host remains presumed innocent.
