the commercial court orders the judicial liquidation of Carcidiag

This time, Carcidiag is well and truly over! The Commercial Court of Guéret has just ruled the judicial liquidation of the Gueret start-up. It had been in receivership since mid-September, but Vincent Carré, its CEO, remained confident. He thought he would find a buyer for this innovative company. Carcidiag created a kit to identify the cells responsible for cancers
. But the covid crisis has dried up its cash flow. The kits were never marketed. No buyer came to the rescue. And the court has just put an end to the story.

Relieved employees

The six Cardiciag employees voted mainly for the closure of the company. Since two months the activity of the start-up is at a standstill. “You can no longer start or continue any activity explains Sabrina Blondy, the employee representative. Products are expired, and there is no more money to reorder. There comes a time when just coming to show up, it’s very complicated“.
