During the winter season, the Col de la Loge resort welcomes you to its green setting for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding. For unique experiences, it also offers ski joëring and dog sledding.
The Col de la Loge Nordic area is located in the Haut Forez, one hour from Saint-Etienne and Roanne.
You will find on site all the facilities and equipment necessary to enjoy the activities of the resort. A picnic room to keep warm, an inn to eat and a rental service for the equipment necessary for cross-country skiing (alternative or skating) or snowshoeing. The entire Col de la loge team and its seasonal workers will welcome you and advise you on how to make the most of your day.
The 60 km of cross-country ski trails for all levels, groomed every day, allow everyone to learn or practice this activity more sportingly. 35 km of snowshoe trails are also available to enjoy this green setting. For a day out with the family, let yourself be tempted by a dog sled outing or the skijoring !
This new activity at the resort takes up a Scandinavian means of transport, previously used by the Lapps. This is a ski pulled by a horse. No need to be a rider, just have the basics of stability on skis.
