Five full-time officers

Eventually, the five agents of the Cnil’s artificial intelligence department will be responsible in particular for ensuring the protection of data transmitted by users of these tools, but also for the protection of data publicly accessible on the Internet and harvested by these tools. to generate information.

Alongside these online generative tools, the CNIL once again calls for “an overall reflection on the proper use of these tools in the public space“, while cameras “increased” will be tested as part of the monitoring of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. “The deployment of these devices is a turning point that will help define the general role that will be attributed to these technologies, and more generally to artificial intelligence.”
