After this decision, Eduardo Macia confides his first reaction to France Bleu Gironde: “The Labor Court finally ruled that I had been unjustly dismissed – neither serious misconduct, nor even for real or serious cause – I am simply very happy that my reputation is preserved and my professionalism recognized!” He adds :
