“We must listen to the aspirations of our fellow citizens”, “we need to talk more to the French, listen to them and build with them”, launches the President of the National Assembly. In particular, she wishes “create consensus on the findings, on the courses of action and on the solutions proposed, on all subjects”. For this, Yaël Braun-Pivet pleads for more “citizen participation” also for “a rebalancing of powers between Parliament and the executive”. She considers “interesting” of “strengthen the powers of Parliament”.

Institutions “must evolve”
