Cortéo, which means “cortege” in Italian, is a joyful procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown. Combining acrobatic prowess, comedy and acting, Cortéo plunges the spectator into a theatrical universe imbued with playfulness and spontaneity, located in a strange space between heaven and earth.
In a carnival atmosphere, the clown evokes his own funeral, under the attentive gaze of a flock of benevolent angels. Carried by sounds sometimes lyrical, sometimes comical, Corteo is a timeless party where illusion tickles reality.
