The CHU Dijon Bourgogne opens its “Ségur de la Santé”

After the management of four waves of epidemic crisis and in addition to the national Ségur, local measures aimed at promoting the commitment of professionals during the management of COVID-19 and preparing for the post-crisis period were negotiated with representatives of the staff. This Tuesday, March 22, 2022, the CHU Dijon Bourgogne is thus one of the first CHUs in France to have signed its “Ségur de la Santé”.

A local Ségur, why do it?

These are majority local agreements signed between the management and the CFDT and Health Actors-SNSH unions, providing for the local application of the Ségur RH measures and a set of complementary actions aimed at:

– Recognize the commitment of professionals during the crisis

– Promote the future commitment of professionals for the public hospital service

– Develop the agility of organizations while respecting working conditions

– Improve the attractiveness of professions.

What does this Ségur de la santé from CHU Dijon Bourgogne contain?

After 4 months and more than 30 hours of negotiation meetings with all the representative organisations, around fifteen measures have been taken and will benefit all professionals, in particular through:

– A plan ofaccess to the public service for 550 professionals, whether administrative, technical or nursing. As such, all caregivers and all category C professionals with more than 2 years of seniority at the CHU will be established by the beginning of 2023.

– From new bounties which will be accessible to professionals: collective commitment bonus, sustainable mobility package, public service commitment bonus.

– From new means which will be invested for training and professional development.

– Other elements of attractiveness are also planned: increase in overtime for jobs in shortage, modality of work in 12 hours particularly requested by young caregivers.

These measures should make it possible toimprove the attractiveness of the establishment and are, according to the direction of the CHU of Dijon, “a strong message sent by the CHU and the signatory representatives in recognition of the exceptional commitment during the 5 waves of the health crisis which particularly marked the establishment.”

In 3 years, 15 million euros will thus be invested in support of these measures, including 7 million financed within the framework of the envelopes delegated by the Ségur de la Santé national.
