But before becoming an actress and playing an important role in the TF1 series, Ariane Seguillon lived through very complicated moments which still have a major impact on her daily life. Indeed, in an interview granted to our colleagues from Téléstar, she talks about her book to be published on March 9, entitled The big. A book in which she looks back on her very complicated fight against bulimia.
A disease that arose following a family drama, as she recounts in her book, when her brother announced to her that he had cancer in 2015. This one having had very complicated years, already, before being affected by disease, as Ariane Seguillon recounts. According to him, he was the victim of sexual abuse by his uncle for many years. “My brother was repeatedly raped as a child by one of our paternal uncles”she reveals before adding: “In this book, I denounce this man. Before he died, my brother had written a magnificent book about it called ‘The Son of Chance’.”
The actress, very affected by what was happening, could not contain her anger and would have even tried to commit the irreparable towards this member of her family. No doubt annoyed by the fact that no one wanted to file a complaint against him. “My brother, around 10 years old, spoke out so that one of our cousins would not be a victim of the monstrous torture of this pedophile. I tried to kill my uncle by throwing a flowerpot on his head. I I just missed and the people in my family, who didn’t know yet, they say I was jealous because he gave my little cousins a lot of presents”.
For a long time, Ariane Seguillon resented her family a lot because no one denounced her uncle’s behavior. Today, she claims to have “forgiven” corn “do not forget” however.
