, in which three women spoke out to accuse him of violence. Accusations to which Karine Le Marchand’s friend and colleague was quick to respond through his lawyer in order to refute the said accusations.
However, several weeks after the publication of the investigation, a supposed victim of Stéphane Plaza
has just made new revelations this Saturday, November 4, 2023 in the columns of Parisian
. She calls herself Jade to preserve her anonymity. If she spoke today, it was to warn possible future victims of her ex-partner, according to her statements. The two would have met in the middle of February 2017, when the host was performing at the Parisian Théâtre des Bouffes. After three years of relationship, Stéphane Plaza would then have suggested that he move into a house in the Paris region.

The supposed victim of Stéphane Plaza speaks out
However, in March 2020, everything took a turn for the worse. Jade would have let the host know that she wanted to end their story. In response, his companion threw a package in his face, according to him. Nevertheless, their romance continued. “I worked for Mr. Plaza and lived with him, so I felt trapped. But I kept all the evidence in case he threatened me again”she explained to Parisian.
In the rest of her interview, Jade indicated the reasons which pushed her to speak to Mediapart in order to help our colleagues in their investigation: “I first refused for fear of Stéphane Plaza’s reaction, and then I accepted because there were other testimonies.” “We don’t digest violence like that. And there, I felt less alone”, she added. According to her, Stéphane Plaza would be a person often “in a daze” and would present regular attacks of violence. During this possible violence, the host would have the habit of throwing his sneakers against the wall or hitting his car. Even if this relationship is now part of her past, Jade indicates that she has spoken out “so that there are no other victims”.
