For several months the former presenter of the TF1 newscast, Patrick Poivre d’Arvor has been in turmoil. The journalist is indeed accused by several women of rape and sexual assault. If the writer Florence Porcel was the first to throw a pavement in the pond by delivering a chilling testimony of her assault, several other women have made terrible revelations about the journalist now 74 years old. A total of 25 women claim to have been victims of what is now called a predator who acted between 1985 and 2013.
This Sunday, December 12, the program Sept à Huit returned to this dramatic affair via a mini-report called: “PPDA facing its accusers”. Several victims, including one who was a minor at the time of the events which allegedly took place in 1988, spoke. This theater fan named Caroline was 16 at the time and dreamed of meeting Francis Huster. She then contacts Patrick Poivre d’Arvor who she hopes will be able to help her. “EWould you like to have sex with Francis Huster?” PPDA then asks him straight away.

Very surprised, the young woman replies that she is not interested in this when the journalist bounces back by offering to attend one of his programs. In shock, she then returns home and can not talk about what has just happened to her … Later, she contacts the newspaper” Minute “which publishes her testimony in an article entitled A satyr at TF1, but when the #MeToo movement was not what it is today, his testimony unfortunately goes unnoticed.
