He is 6 years old now Jérémy Wion has embarked on the foodtruck adventure. The food truck Le Chaudron in Mont-de-Marsan and its surroundings now enjoys a good reputation for the quality of its products. Burgers made from local products, homemade chicken tenders and nuggets and especially pastry chef desserts because pastry chef is Jérémy’s first job. An exciting “street food” adventure for our young entrepreneur who has been able to make his family business prosper over the years and which is tending to develop.
Crazy burgers
It was the burgers that first made Le Chaudron famous. There are eight on the menu, including a chef’s burger that changes every fortnight. Each burger has its own homemade sauce with, of course, real fries! A choice for customers of ground beef steak, homemade breaded marinated chicken strips or homemade vegetarian galette as well. The bread comes straight from the Montoise house Suiffet and the meat from the Ferme du Clercq in Horsarrieu. The vegetables come from the producer store Le Goût des Saisons in Mont-de-Marsan.
