The Champillon wine market is back!

One of the rare and oldest wine markets in Champagne

Since 1996 the village of Champillon, perched on the heights of Epernay, has welcomed nearly 2,000 visitors to its wine market. A market that has been successful from the start and that will never fail. When the doors open on Friday at 4 p.m., we are already jostling in the waiting line! Regulars know that they will find their favorite wines. Besides, the majority of exhibitors are faithful from the start and that is what pleases visitors. Proof is, the stocks planned for the whole weekend are often sold out, half of them, from Friday evening.

After a break in 2021, Covid obliges, the Champillon wine market resumes on Friday 11, Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 March 2022 to celebrate the 25th edition!

In this program, Sébastien Gitton receives Frédéric Chaboche, president of the Champillon festival committee and Cédric Mauduit, member of the festival committee. We also contact Pierre Mirande winemaker in Saint Emilion in Gironde, Fred Trichard producer of Brouilly in Beaujolais and Valérie Martin Ostréiculturist in Normandy.
