It is not too late to turn back, it is not too late to implement a culture of public transportation at the Ministry of Transport and throughout the government. This exercise would demonstrate profound judgment on the part of those responsible, and indisputable competence. At the same time, it would be an opportunity for Quebec to choose not to follow the heavy trend of degradation, not to stupidly kowtow to lobbies, and above all to offer the example of a new model, easily achievable and incomparably less expensive, for the movement of people and goods.
