(Arlington) It is finally in the junior ranks that Filip Mesar will acclimatize to North American hockey. The Canadian sold him to the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Junior League (OHL).

Mesar played in the Laval Rocket’s inaugural game on Friday. He was scoreless and finished the game with a -1 rating in the Rocket’s 6-5 overtime loss to Belleville.
Choice of 1er round (26e in total) of the Canadiens this summer, the Slovak was eligible to play in the American League despite his age, because he played in Europe last season.
