The Canadian | Armia, Evans and Slafkovsky injured, Pitlick and Harvey-Pinard as reinforcements

Our friends from the Canadian medical team will have a lot of work to do in the coming days. The team announced that forwards Joel Armia, Juraj Slafkovsky and Jake Evans have been placed on injured reserve.

Consequently, Rem Pitlick and Rafaël Harvey-Pinard were recalled urgently.

The team further announced that Sean Monahan has been placed on the injured list. In the press release, however, it is specified that he is continuing his fitness. The decision is retroactive to December 6. Players registered there must miss a minimum of 10 games or 24 days, figures Monahan has already exceeded.

Finally, the team clarified that Jonathan Drouin will miss Tuesday’s morning practice, in view of the game against the Winnipeg Jets, in order to undergo treatment.
