Add Tyler Toffoli to the Canadiens’ long list of cripples. The striker has an upper body injury and the team said on Twitter that his case will be reassessed “in the coming days”.
Joel Armia and Jeff Petry are also absent, but in their case, the CH has announced a “day of treatments”.
In the absence of Toffoli, the Canadian recalled striker Laurent Dauphin from the Rocket. Dauphin had been sold to the club-school on Saturday, without having had time to play for the CH. In training, he skated in a trio with fiery Cédric Paquette and Michael Pezzetta.
