2) The leader of the Parti Québécois (PQ) demanded, Monday morning, a change in the immigration model which would limit the number of newcomers to 35,000, to protect the language and culture of Quebec.

4) A government formed by Québec solidaire would buy 10,000 houses or condos in a first mandate in order to resell them on average 25% cheaper.
Passing through Longueuil, the head of Québec solidaire unveiled his greenhouse gas reduction plan on Monday, which includes a 15% surcharge (a penalty) for vehicles that emit 210 grams or more of CO2 per kilometer.
