On the plate and on the wine list, local cuisine. Local meats and vegetables, for a simple and generous cuisine. A formula to share, with Rillettes de l’Erdre, fish and chips, salads, desserts, Pavlova or even ice cream made by a farm in Sucé sur Erdre… Platters of charcuterie, cheeses, vegetables, accompanied by their sauces complete this offer. Without forgetting the touch of the Chef, Pierre Louis, who after having worked in some great restaurants in the region, flew to Canada, from where he brought back the famous Geddy’s. Sandwiches of brioche sandwiches, which are toasted and garnished with pulled pork or shrimp… And to smooth it all down, in moderation, Wines from the nearby Bécavin vineyard or beers from the Bouffay brewery.
