Traditional and seasonal pastries

Is there a pastry house? Of course ! It doesn’t grow in trees, but it sprouts in Elodie’s head to offer pastries with local and seasonal products. Each week, La Dînette à Roulettes innovates to adapt to the flavors of the moment and come out of the oven, tasty pies and tarts. His pleasure ? Cooking like at home and making gourmets happy, especially those they find every week at the Saint Roch Market in Mont-de-Marsan.

Super easy butternut pie!

Ingredients (for the dough):

  • 250g of flour
  • 125g cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of poppy seeds

Preparation of the dough:

  • Knead the ingredients
  • Spread in the mold

Ingredients (for the garnish):

  • 1 small butternut
  • 250g of liquid cream
  • 3 eggs
  • Gruyère and / or sheep cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • onions / garlic

Preparation of the filling:

  • cut the butternut into small pieces with garlic and onions
  • salt and pepper
  • melt the butternut and cover
  • put aside
  • mix the cream, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper
  • mix everything and spread over the dough
  • bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 °
