A new beer has just appeared in the already dense landscape of the Alsatian microbrewery.
The BrocoMagus Beer, made in Brumath by Laurent Fritsch and his father René, offers a range of six recipes, presented to you by Emilie SKRYPCZAK
Laurent Fritsch and his father René decided to make ultra-natural beers: real malt, hops that respect sustainable agriculture, good yeast, very high fermentation that takes time.
The beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized. Some spices or aromatic herbs come directly from the garden of the brewery.
