the brimbelles it’s the end of the season

Philippe LARUELLE, our Vosges chef, gave us his recipe for the famous brimbelle tart. He also gave us lots of ideas for preparing them, in jam for example.

Philippe LARUELLE is chef demonstrator of the house “DeBuyer” which creates culinary utensils in Val d’Ajol in the Vosges. He is also master chef of France.
