The round of 16 of the Coupe de France football match will not be played in Bergerac but in Périgueux, at the Francis Rongiéras stadium. In question, a question of gauge. With the health measures and the distancing imposed from one seat in two, if the match had taken place at Gaston Simounet in Bergerac, less than 700 spectators could have been accommodated. A “totally unrealistic” hypothesis declares the club.
The match will therefore take place in Périgueux, still in Dordogne, in the Francis Rongiéras stadium. It could also have been played in Bordeaux, Brive or Limoges.
The meeting is scheduled for Sunday January 30 at 6.30 p.m. at the Stade Francis Rongiéras. The ticket office is not yet open but the Bergerac club announces that the sale will be made in priority to the Bergerac supporters who have followed the club for a long time.
