Yannick Revel met on the spot, Lucie, the coordinator of the Cooperative Du Born. This structure brings together 57 members, made up of citizens, elected officials, or associations. The objective was to create a cooperative cannery / vegetable factory on the territory, in order to feed the population healthy food, with local products. At the same time, it is a matter of guaranteeing farmers activity and income all year round.

This collective of citizens already works with many producers as well as schools, colleges and central kitchens. His next challenge is to build a 400 m² building to process 250 tons of raw vegetables.
