The boom in urban dairies

In Paris, Brest, Nantes, Avignon, Marseille… urban dairies are popping up everywhere and our region is no exception to the rule. At these modern-day creamers, they use a good old recipe, which has recently come back into fashion. Local, short circuit and proximity, these are the ingredients that allow these dairies / creameries to succeed wherever they set up shop. This underlying trend is reminiscent of that of microbreweries which really exploded during the 2010s.

Yannick Revel: After the beer, it’s time to drink your whey. For that, I take you to Bordeaux (Burdigala dairy), or to La P’tite dairy in chartrons, to Pau (Dairy and to Bayonne (Marengo dairy).
