48 hours later, the Blues are already back on the pitch at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin. The France team will face Germany in its third Euro handball group match, Tuesday January 16. For the Blues of coach Guillaume Gille, this match is the best way to forget the disappointing performance against Switzerland on Sunday (26-26), where France multiplied the inaccuracies and did not know how to be sharp enough offensively against a valiant Swiss team.

For their part, the Germans impressed against Macedonia (25-34) in their second outing of this Euro at home, and are currently the best defense in the competition with only 39 goals conceded. The challenge will therefore be significant for Nedim Remili’s teammates, who could even leave the competition through the back door in the event of defeat.
