In difficult conditions with a lot of wind, the XV of France came out on top against Scotland (15-5) not without being scared, Saturday in Edinburgh, and won its second success in two matches.

Les Bleues won their first two matches of the Six Nations Tournament, and that’s all we will remember from this second outing. Manhandled by a solid Scottish team, the French XV won painfully (15-5) and can still believe in their Grand Slam chances. Thanks to two tries from Kelly Arbey (53rd) and Emeline Gros (80th+1), Pauline Bourdon-Sansus’ teammates confirm their first success against Ireland (38-17), at Le Mans last week.
The content will not necessarily be the first thing to remember. The daughters of David Ortiz and Gaëlle Mignot were sluggish, dropping a large number of balls and barely managing to cross the first Scottish curtain. A reaction in the game will be expected against Italy at Jean-Bouin, Sunday April 14.
