All summer long, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its podcasts to explore the territory of Champagne in order to make it (re)discover to listeners and so that they can plan future tourist activities.
Today, Olivier Cattiaux went to Châlons-en-Champagne to visit the Halls of Châlons and especially the Bistro des Hallesfamous Châlonnaise brasserie if ever there was one!
Held brilliantly by Antoine Ralite, the establishment is near the covered market. The menu, elaborated with fresh and seasonal products, offers traditional, simple dishes cooked with passion.
The Bistrot des Halles offers a dish of the day from Tuesday to Saturday and even in, brunch on Sunday lunch! Olivier also took advantage of his visit to Les Halles to chat with Anthony Houdelet, fruit and vegetable seller present on site. Only fresh and good among the artisans present under the Halles, in Châlons-en-Champagne.
