The Blue Circuit of the summer: Side Flavors

All summer long, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its podcasts to explore the Champagne region in order for listeners to (re)discover Champagne specialties and so that they can plan future gastronomic and wine tourism activities.

Today, it is Noémie Schlachter who visits the region and more particularly the south of Reimsin the area of Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne.

Taking Foam

Taking Foam is a gastronomic initiative imagined by Fabrice Parisot. Located in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne, this atypical place offers a wide range of champagnes to taste, by the glass or for purchase, as well as many products from the Champagne region. More than 180 references are thus present in this store: Brut nature, ratafia, Marc de Champagne… all the Champagne specialties are available.

It is also possible to eat on site, in order to benefit from food and wine pairings. Prize de Mousse gives its customers a total experience of discovering the terroir of the Montagne de Reims.
