Live from “Saint Laurent en Royans”, we were able to cover the 21st “Fête du Bleu du Vercros-Sassenage”, which takes place on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 July in St Laurent en Royans.

- Daniel Vignon from Gaec de “Roche Rousse” in St Martin en Vercors, breeder and producer of Bleu, but also president of Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage.
- Anne Revol from the “Ferme de la Cîme du Mas” in La Chapelle en Vercors, breeder and producer of Bleu du Vercors, but also president of the “Vache Villars de Lans” section of the association for the selection of Alpine breeds together.

As for our Toqué, chef Jean-Jacques Galliffet, he cooked for us, live, delicious little Toasts with Bleu du Vercors and Apricot and an unforgettable Bleu du Vercors fondue.
