All the first weekend of December, the teams of France Televisions mobilized in favor of the Telethon. Back in pictures on the most striking moments of this 35th edition, sponsored by rapper Soprano.
30 hours of live streaming and a jackpot of over 73 million euros. The Telethon are faces that we cannot forget. Like that of Victoire, two years old, saved from a fatal disease which retracts the muscles, thanks to a new treatment. There was also Adrien Maaninou, suffering from a genetic eye disease which causes blindness. Thanks to cell therapy, he found hope and thanked “the generosity of the French and the incredible work of researchers”.
Other heroes of this 35th edition, researchers and doctors who work to develop treatments, such as Ana Buj Bello, moved to see little Jules arriving by bike on the France Télévisions plateau. Without treatment, the boy, who had myopathy, lived lying down and did not speak. The telethon is also 30 hours of celebrations and its magical moments, thanks to the participation of stars such as Soprano and Pascal Obispo.
