Maison Defesche de Pouillon has won a great award, the prize for the best frangipane kings galette des Landes. The Landes Departmental Federation of Bakers’ competition took place at the end of 2021.
Sébastien Defesche and his wife Jia-Yih are filled with this distinction after just two years of activity in the town. A fair reward for their work with their team of enthusiasts. A very nice gourmet address to discover if you pass by Pouillon and adorable and top art craftsmen. And if you like originality you will be served with Nutella-pistachio frangipanes, chocolate pear or raspberry-lychee.
