Craft beer that ages like wine over time
Created in 2012, the Brasserie du Comté offers traditional beers with strong aromas. Unlike most beers sold, those made in the village of Saint-Martin-Vésubie are neither filtered nor sterilized. A choice that allows beers to be strong in aromas for tasting. After bottling, the refermentation of the beer allows it to mature over time, like wine.
