The baker is hiring. The Vendée company known for its industrial breads and pastries has just launched a major poster campaign
. A fifty permanent positions are to be filled in particular on the various La Boulangère sites in the Herbiers department, Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, La Chaize-le-Vicomte and Sainte Hermine.
“The profiles we are looking for are diverse -Explain Laurence Sozot General Manager of La Boulangère –these are profiles of line operators, line managers in the production field, order pickers, maintenance technicians, and supervisory jobs such as in IT. (…) We have teams that have staggered night, weekend or morning schedules. They are volunteers. We have no difficulty recruiting. What we really wanted was to multiply these recruitment communication channels, since La Boulangère is growing today as it was last year”.
