To cope with the shortage of doctors and carers, the private hospital of Avranches (Manche) has decided to organize special recruitment days, with, on the program, a crossing of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel to praise the living environment

It all starts as a usual visit towards the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel (Manche). But when the conversation begins between the participants, it is on something quite different from the landscape, since the visitors are doctors and nurses. Six candidates and as many employees of the private hospital of Avranches are present.

This is actually an outdoor job interview. “As we have all day to be able to discuss, it’s true that it’s a little less stressful than a classic interview where we have little time to prove ourselves”, says Laura Ramiandrisoa, a chemotherapy nurse. The objective is to put the candidates at ease to better seduce them, because with the shortage of health personnel, it is no longer the applicant who must prove himself, but the private hospital of Avranches. The latter is looking for ten people.
