The Auberge Des Isards returns to Gault & Millau and presents its new menu

Since July 2019 Laure Eteve and Alexandre Terrassier have been enchanting the Auberge Des Isards in Aydius in the Aspe Valley. The proof the establishment returns to Gault & Millau and the Hotel is classified 3 stars for a few days. People come from further and further afield to come and share a meal at the inn, for the magnificent decor, the welcome and above all to taste the cuisine of Alexandre Terrassier.

The new menu is full of surprises, each as delicious as the next, such as this completely regressive and delicious “Return to childhood” dessert.

Alexandre Terrassier says it himself, he thrives in his kitchen where he is free and where his imagination runs wild. It is Laure Eteve, the fairy of the house, who has the difficult task of tasting all the creations of her lover. Home cooking to the rhythm of the seasons with original and very tempting little touches. Both form a perfect duo to choose, change and take risks. We change the furniture and at the same time we gain places in the room, the terrace has had a makeover to better welcome us.

Note: The Auberge Des Isards is open from Wednesday to Sunday and in season 7 days a week. You can have lunch for 20 euros and 14 euros with the menu of the day. It’s safe to book.
