To the “La Poule Rousse Inn Farm” we have been working as a family for a long time.
Everyone is at their post to run all the activities of the farm (agriculture, garden, raising chickens, cows, calves, rabbits and other small piglets).
Some are in breeding, others in processing or in the fields.
Since 2000, Isabelle Bonnard has taken care of the hens and the following year created the Auberge with her husband who, responsible for part of the cow herd, also makes cheeses and yoghurts.
If you can come and sit there on weekends to taste the menus concocted by Isabelle, mainly prepared with farm products, you can also stock up there.
