Faced with the immense success of the program “Tous en cuisine” launched on M6 during confinement, Cyril Lignac regularly tries to return to the air to offer original and easily achievable versions of iconic recipes. Since November 28, the famous chef has returned to M6 for a special “holiday” edition of the program. Live from the Saint-Honoré Christmas market in Paris, Cyril Lignac and his sidekick Jérôme Anthony make perfect recipes for the end-of-year celebrations, to be reproduced to impress his guests.
This Monday, December 12, 2022, Jérôme Anthony’s team set off for the Esplanade Charles de Gaulle in Montpellier, live from the Christmas Market to make scallops with miso & roasted poultry with satay spices accompanied by vanilla puree. The guests of the day having lent themselves to the game and having tried to reproduce the recipe were Michel Leeb and Francis Huster, in duplex from Paris. Without forgetting the unknown guest, Martine, live from La Teste-de-Buch (commune in the south-west of France, located near Arcachon).
From the outset, Michel Leeb and Francis Huster who ensure the promotion of their current play, “The pigeons are showing themselves in great shape”, set the tone by chaining the giggles. “Everything is fine !” they then launched as they endeavored to follow the recipe to the letter. “There, the white wine, you put it in the Miso sauce, are you sure?“then worried Cyril Lignac.
