The Tour arrives in Alpe d’Huez in Isère this Thursday July 14, and in the mythical climb of Oisans, the spectators are already ready to cheer the riders.
On the Tour de France, the fireworks have already been set off on Wednesday July 13 during a legendary stage, but the July 14 stage still holds a daunting program to the runners, with the Galibier pass (in the other direction), the Croix-de-Fer pass and of course, the final climb to L’Alpe-d’Huez, in Isère.
This most famous climb in the world is accompanied by a supercharged atmosphere. On the eve of the passage of the riders, the 21 corners were already taken by storm. Four years after its last passage, the Tour returns to the resort of Oisans, and it is awaited with firm feet.
