One season and then goes. Indeed, while the arrival of Julien Doré in the famous red armchairs of The Voice Kids delighted the majority of fans, now the interpreter of Coco Cuddle chose to leave. In his place, Slimane and Nolwenn Leroy, who will replace Louane, have already signed with the production to judge the future talents who will appear on the tele-hook scene of TF1.
Stress, or desire for that matter, even before the start of the program, Julien Doré expressed his apprehensions at the idea of taking on the role of coach on the show. “I was afraid of not being myself, of just being in the role of a guy in his late thirties who listens to children singing… I was very afraid that the stress would cloud my emotions”, he admitted after a few episodes. Indeed, after several days of filming, the artist finally felt in his place and did not hide his joy.
Disturbing message
“In five seconds, it was over. As soon as it started, as soon as the first voice reached our ears… it overwhelmed me. There was something where you completely let yourself go. The fact of being from behind, too, allows us to immerse ourselves very serenely in something very simple which consists of listening and feeling”, he rejoiced. But despite the stress gone, Julien Doré will not officiate in The Voice Kids next season.
He also reacted to his departure through his Twitter account and hinted that the adventure could continue in the coming years: “I will return my cookies one day, I promise, but I made the choice to shut up at the end of this crazy tour and after this lovely The Voice Kids adventure, especially in a time where only over-existing counts. Thank you for your messages, it means a lot to me”. A somewhat disturbing message, which suggests many things.
