The Grill Academy Alsace awaits you in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Alsace; in the Hameau d’Eguisheim, in a typical 17th century vineyard courtyard. All types of barbecue are there to help you understand cooking methods: charcoal, gas, pellets and electric. In a relaxed atmosphere, your certified Grill Master will answer all your questions and guide you to prepare together the tasting of the day, according to the theme you have chosen.
