The application restaurant “Le 5” of the CFA of the CMA Loiret is, above all, an educational place where the dishes and the service are carried out by apprentices in training from the CAP to the BP. It is a training space for apprentices in the hotel and catering sector, open to the public by reservation during the practical lunch lessons, according to a defined schedule.
