A 50-year-old Frenchman was killed Tuesday in Benin, in a “terrorist attack”, announced Thursday, February 10, the French Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor’s Office (Pnat). Investigation for “assassination in connection with a terrorist enterprise” was opened. Wednesday, a conservation organization had reported five rangers and a soldier killed in an ambush in Park W, a cross-border natural park managed by Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger. “Ten Other People” were injured, according to African Parks.
