In the age of smartphones and GPS, who still wants to look at a plan, a map on paper? What if it’s a work of art?

Alexis Carlier, alias Alcatela on his Facebook page, draws maps of his favorite cities starting from the subway and tram route, and in December, he took care of the Strasbourg case.
