1er last May, Mcfly and Carlito published the second part of “Our worst anecdotes of shame” on their Youtube channel. Among the actors invited in turn to tell their worst anecdotes, several actors from the series ” The torch “ (which will be released soon and will follow “La Flamme”) were present. Including Jonathan Cohen, Leila Bekhti, Géraldine Nakache and Adèle Exarchopoulos. And the latter had an astonishing anecdote to tell, since it took place at the Élysée. Just that !
Invited toElysium in 2013 to celebrate her palme d’or following the success of “La vie d’Adèle” at the Cannes Film Festival, Adèle Exarchopoulos was able to discover for the very first time the place of residence of the President of the Republic. It was François Hollande at the time. During the meal organized for the occasion, the actress first recounts having been amazed: “For me, the Élysée Palace is like the White House. We come home and I want to call my father. Everything is great”. Especially since she did not fail to commit a huge dumpling at the end of the meal.
“The waiter brings us the end-of-meal cocktail. So I tell myself it’s a limoncello. There is a rose petal, I remember. So I take it, I’m so happy, I feel like Audrey Hepburn. And I drink it all at once”, she explained. Just before realizing that in reality it wasn’t really a cocktail or a limoncello… “I hear a chuckle. And I raise my head and there I see the president and his companion rinsing their fingers in the glass because it was a finger rinse. Even the finger wash is good”, she continued, provoking the giggles of the guests. The shame of her life which she can laugh about today in view of her success. And then having an anecdote at the Élysée, it still has its effect!
