A few weeks ago, in March, 300 artists signed a column in the newspaper Release calling on Emmanuel Macron to withdraw the law reforming pensions in France. “While the climate is getting dangerously warmer, while inequalities are exploding just as much as the cost of living, rather than fragmenting society, there are much more ambitious projects to carry out to consolidate it. […] You have chosen to force through a pension reform, which is unfair, inefficient, hitting the most precarious and women the hardest, rejected by the vast majority of the population, and even a minority in the National Assembly. In their eyes, “reason and democracy impose the immediate withdrawal of this pension reform”, they said. Among them, Bérénice Béjo, Abd Al Malik or Corinne Masiero.
A fight dear to him
The actress was in Lille, Saturday April 8 and Sunday April 9, with her feminist punk-electro group Les Vaginites as part of a Cabaret of Struggles at the CGT labor exchange. “Close your fists but don’t close your mouths“, sang on stage the interpreter of Captain Marleau accompanied by the sisters Audrey and Stéphanie Chamot. “Everyone must help the strikers, there are some for whom it is really a question of eating! It is also important to show that the mobilization is far from decreasing”dropped the actress to AFP.“This reform bullshit puts everyone in precariousness […] it’s important, when you have a small possibility of bringing in people who aren’t used to fighting, to do it”.
On stage, the actress finished in a white bra and panties, painted red at the crotch.
The financial participation of the spectators present during this show will be entirely donated, in favor of the fight against the pension reform.
