Alain Delon’s lawyer sent a report to the courts on Wednesday for “endangering” the life of his client, franceinfo learned on Thursday January 11 from the office of Me Christophe Ayela, confirming information from the Figaro. This report comes as the 88-year-old actor’s children have been tearing each other apart through the media and justice for several weeks. It warns not only about the state of health of Alain Delon, but also about “the abrupt cessation of his medical treatment”.

In this letter, sent Wednesday to the Montargis prosecutor, Me Christophe Ayela, who claims to be Alain Delon’s lawyer, which part of the family disputes, requests that the actor’s Swiss doctor, who follows him in the management of his serious illness, can visit him in his French residence in Douchy (Loiret), where he is currently. The lawyer wants this visit to take place urgently to decide what action to take regarding the actor’s state of health and to obtain his consent.

According to Me Christophe Ayela, the star’s two sons, Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon, are opposed to this visit, taking the risk, according to him, of causing the premature death of their father. “Anthony Delon decided to treat his father’s illness with fruit and vegetable juices, prescribed by a naturopath”, despite Anouchka Delon’s opposition to stopping conventional care, specifies the report. The lawyer asks “the rapid opening of a procedure to safeguard justice” by the guardianship judge and the designation “of an agent”. In the background of the fratricidal war between the Delon children: the question of the octogenarian’s inheritance estimated at 300 million euros. Me Christophe Ayela is also counsel to the daughter of cinema icon, Anouchka Delon.
