Many opinions unfavorable to the project

Several opinions are unfavorable to this motorway project, such as the environmental authority, which considers the project anachronistic, or the National Nature Protection Council, which points out the shortcomings of the project’s impact study. A forum of 1,500 scientists, including several members of the IPCC, also calls for the project to be interrupted.

“I remind you that the round trip will cost 17 euros for Toulouse-Castres, that will make the A69 the second most expensive motorway in France. It is an anti-social project, it is also a project which will (…) attack agricultural land, which will cut down a lot of trees”supports the journalist.
